Homemade Cranberry Orange Relish


My Mom would always make Homemade Cranberry Orange Relish every single Thanksgiving. It wasn't my favorite as a child, but now, I LOVE it~

It wasn't my favorite as a child, but now, I LOVE it~ 2 bags of fresh cranberries 2 navel oranges with "no seeds" 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup orange juice Put all in a food processor and blend until you get the consistency you like. Taste for desired sweetness and add more sugar if needed. You can also add more Orange Juice if you don't like it as chunky.
