Canning is done!

It took 4 cases of tomatoes and alot of work, but, I got it done!  Made a bunch of fresh tomato sauce:  fresh basil leaves, garlic, onion, salt and fresh ground pepper.  Very fresh tasting!  Then some Pico de gallo:   tomatoes, fresh cilantro, onion, fresh jalapeno, lemon juice, lime juice, salt and freshly ground pepper...a bit on the spicey side~
